Welcome to Quest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our web hosting and domain registration services. By using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services, and if you are already using them, please write to us to withdraw the services.

1. Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration, and all other related services. Our services are subject to availability and applicable policies.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that your content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Not use our services for illegal, abusive, or malicious activities.

3. Domain Registration

  • Domain registration is subject to ICANN and registry policies.
  • We do not guarantee the availability or retention of any domain name.
  • Failure to renew a domain before its expiration may result in loss of ownership.

4. Web Hosting Policies

  • Although we have weekly and monthly backup of your website data, you are responsible for the security and backup of your website data too.

  • Hosting, storing, or distributing prohibited content, illegal material, malware, or spam is strictly forbidden on or from our server.

  • Excessive resource usage may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Payments and Renewals

  • All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • We are not responsible for service disruptions due to non-payment.
  • We are not responsible for website data deletion after non-payment of service within one month of the due date.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:

  • You violate these terms.
  • Your actions pose security risks or legal liabilities.
  • We receive complaints regarding prohibited activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from service use.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services.
